Finish the detail
The job is judged on tracks, edges, corners and undersides. That is where we spend the extra minutes, because that is what you see after we leave.
We started in Wyoming and never outgrew it on purpose. Staying inside a 30-mile circle is what lets us keep the same cleaners in the same homes and hold the times we promise.

I built this company around the part of cleaning that most companies skip: the finish. Anyone can wipe a counter. The difference a client actually notices is the window track, the baseboard behind the door, the underside of the faucet, the corner of the shower where the grout goes dark.
So we work from a written list instead of memory, and we work top to bottom and dry to wet, because dust falls and water spreads. When we hand a space back it should look finished, not just tidied.
The other half of it is being easy to deal with. You get a flat price before we start, the same cleaners each visit, a text when we arrive and a text when we leave. If something misses, send me a photo and we come back. That is the whole business — done carefully, over and over, in the sixteen towns around us.
Owner, Compass CleaningWyoming, Minnesota
Compass Cleaning began with residential work in Wyoming and the lake towns just northeast of it — Chisago City, Lindström, Center City. Word moved the way it does in towns this size: one family told another, a realtor asked about move-out cleans, a rental host needed reliable Friday turnovers.
Commercial work followed for the same reason. Small offices, clinics and storefronts along Highway 61 wanted someone who would show up after hours without a reminder every week. The standard did not change between a family home in Hugo and a waiting room in North Branch; only the checklist did.
Today we cover sixteen towns inside a 30-mile radius and we intend to keep it that way. A tight map is not a limitation — it is the reason a client in Scandia and a client in Blaine both get a cleaner who is not already running late from somewhere else.

Quotes are flat and honest, including when the honest answer is that the job takes longer than you hoped.
A method that cleans fast but dulls a finish is not a method we use. When in doubt we test in a corner first.
An arrival window is a commitment. If traffic on 61 breaks it, you hear from us before you notice.
Photo, apology, return visit, no charge. Defending a bad result costs more than fixing it.
We work quietly, we put things back where they live, and we do not touch what we were asked to leave alone.
Deliberately slowly, and deliberately close to home.
First recurring clients in Wyoming and Chisago City, built on referrals rather than advertising. The room-by-room checklist we still use came out of this period.
Short-term rental hosts in Lindström and Taylors Falls brought same-day turnover work, which forced tighter timing and photo confirmation on every room.
Offices and clinics off Highway 61 added evening routes, along with restroom and break-room protocols separate from the residential list.
Coverage extended south and west into Hugo, Lino Lakes, Blaine and White Bear Lake, with assigned teams rather than one shared pool.
55+ completed projects, a 5.0 client rating, and a deliberate cap on how far we will drive.
